Team Eligibility
1–3 IEEE student or graduate-student members per team, with at most 2 graduate students. All members must be 18+ at registration.
Proctor Required
Every team needs a higher-grade IEEE member as proctor. One proctor can monitor up to 20 teams; BMSCE assigns yours.
